Job Description: Sealcoat Crew Laborer

The Sealcoat Laborer is responsible for assisting in the application of sealcoat and crack fill material to asphalt surfaces while ensuring a clean and safe work environment. This role involves manual labor, operating hand and power tools, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Duties

  • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including and not limited to, brooms, rakes, shovels and sprayers.
  • Assists in the preparation and cleanup of construction site.
  • Cleans and prepares tools, equipment and materials
  • Performs a wide variety of manual tasks involving fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination.
  • Perform all other general laborer work as needed
  • Performs all tasks in a safe manner with complete respect for individual and crew safety.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities..
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Experience in construction or a related field preferred.
