The Roll-Off Truck Driver is responsible for loading work equipment such as skids steers and other machinery and/or equipment onto Roll-Off truck and safely transport those to various job sites. The Roll-Off driver is also responsible for transporting work related materials such as gravel, broken concrete and dirt to various dumping sites as directed by the Foreman on site.

The Lowboy/Truck Driver is responsible for operating a truck & trailer for transportation of construction material and equipment. In this position, the Driver will load construction equipment (may include but are not limited to: front end loader, paving equipment, tanks, roller, dozer, excavator, oversized loads) onto trailer and transport to various sites to include Virginia, Maryland and Washington D C. This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of equipment/trucks. Trucks are weighted between 80,000 -110,000 Heavy Loads.

Job Description: Roller Operator
The Roller Operator is responsible for safely operating the roller and other heavy equipment to support paving and compaction activities. The operator works closely with the paving crew and foreman to maintain efficient workflow.
An Equipment Mechanic performs skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of service trucks, pavers, rollers, skid steers, milling machines, low boys, cement trucks, and related construction equipment, gasoline and diesel-powered.
The Primary responsibility of an Asphalt Raker is to rake and spead asphalt, base, dirt or other materials to the proper grade and finish in parking lots, roads and driveways with appropriate usage of a lute rake. Assist with the installation of new asphalt surfaces. Assist with the repair of existing asphalt surfaces.
The Roller Operator’s primary job function is to operate a rubber tire or steel wheel asphalt roller to roll the asphalt mat to desired compaction. The Roller Operator is expected to operate other machinery and equipment as needed. Roller Operators are also expected to assist in the general operation of each job site.
The Skid Steer Operator is responsible for operating the Skid Steer to complete various asphalt and paving jobs. Also assisting the team with any tasks needed.
Under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks including standing on the paving machine making sure the flow of pavement is coming out correctly. Screed operation on the asphalt paver involves making normal adjustments for obtaining proper depth, grade and finished cross section of asphalt material via screed controls.
The Foreman Paving Machine Operator’s primary function is to operate the asphalt paving machines that lay and finish asphalt. May perform manual labor such as shoveling, spreading gravel and maintaing equipment. The operator must perform daily maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety issues to a supervisor. In addition, the operator may be required to perform minor repairs to the equipment and is expected to assist in the general operation of each job site.
